1. Adult content notice

nsfw-ai.app hosts and generates adult-oriented content, including uncensored conversations, imagery and video. All of it is intended exclusively for consenting adults aged 18 and over. If you are under 18, if adult material is illegal where you live, or if such material offends you, leave the site now. The 18+ gate is not decoration — it is a legal requirement in many jurisdictions and we treat it as one.

2. Every character is fictional

Every character on this platform — every face, name, personality and biography — is a fictional AI creation. None of them depicts, resembles or represents a real person, and any resemblance to a real person is coincidental. Characters cannot meet you, contact you, know who you are outside the app, or hold any opinion about you. If you ever receive a message claiming otherwise, it did not come from us.

3. All media is AI-generated

Images and videos shown on this site — including portraits, previews and demonstration clips — are produced or modified by generative models. They are not photographs of real people. AI output is imperfect by nature: anatomy, lighting and details can look wrong, and generations can vary. Treat every image and clip on this site as synthetic, because it is.

4. This is not a dating or escort service

nsfw-ai.app is an entertainment product: interactive fiction with AI. It is not a dating site, a matching service, a social network or any kind of real-person escort or companionship service. There are no real people behind the characters, no meetings of any kind, and no relationship of any kind can form between you and an AI character. If you are looking for connection with real people, this product is not that — and no feature of it pretends otherwise.

5. This is not therapy or professional advice

AI companions can be comforting, and many people use them to explore thoughts and fantasies in a private space. But a language model is not a therapist, a doctor, a lawyer or a financial advisor. Nothing a character says is medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. If you are dealing with depression, anxiety, self-harm, or any crisis, please speak to a qualified professional or a crisis line in your country — an AI cannot and will not replace that, and we say so plainly.

6. Your responsibility for what you create

You are responsible for the prompts you write and the content you generate. Our automated safety systems block a limited set of things — most importantly, anything involving minors and photorealistic depictions of real people without consent. Everything else is your judgment call, including whether sharing generated content is lawful in your jurisdiction. Generate with the same common sense you would apply anywhere: if you would not show it to another adult without warning, do not share it without warning.

7. What is never allowed

• Minors in any form — no exceptions, no ambiguity, permanent ban.
• Real, identifiable people without consent — including deepfakes of celebrities, ex-partners, colleagues or anyone else.
• Content that promotes harm to real people — real-world violence, non-consensual acts against real persons, or instructions for dangerous or illegal activity.
• Fraud and deception — using generated media to mislead, blackmail or impersonate.

Violations are enforced through automated scanning plus manual review of reports, and may be reported to authorities where the law requires it.

8. Using the service safely

Practical suggestions, because we actually want you to enjoy this safely: use a password unique to this site; log out on shared devices; be careful with screenshots and generated media — once you share it, you cannot unshare it; and take breaks. If conversations ever leave you feeling worse rather than better, step away, and remember Section 5 — an AI is not a support system.

9. Reporting problems

If you see content that violates these rules, or if an account behaves in a way that seems fraudulent, report it in-app or email abuse@nsfw-ai.app. Reports are reviewed by humans, and we act on valid reports within 48 hours.
